When choosing a contractor, having a closer look at the guarantee is always recommended. We always ensure that the best suited type of waterproofing is used for each specific job. Surface preparation is vital, to ensure a good adhesion between the surface needing waterproofing and the waterproofing materials applied. We follow all manufacturer specifications to ensure  confidence when providing our clients with our guarantee.

Each job that we do is unique and will require different maintenance periods and this will be discussed with our clients. We usually give our clients a 5 year guarantee period and also make them aware of any recommended ongoing preventative maintenance that we believe is required to maintain the waterproofing properties of the work we have carried out.
